ADU Residential Housing
 

Amid the ongoing housing crisis, KDA Technologies is actively collaborating on various solution-oriented projects to address the issue. One such initiative is an ADU, where a smaller secondary residential dwelling is located on the same lot as a larger single-family home.  The goal is to have a high-quality prefabricated ADU that could be quickly replicated and erected. The ADU includes modular roof, floor, ceiling, and wall systems, fully integrated with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) at the factory level, leaving minimal connections to be completed on site.
